I first heard this song at Rock Eagle 4-H Center in the early 1970s with my church youth group. It touches my heart today as much as it did back then but maybe more so since Frank died. I can’t sing it without crying. π I’m such a wuss but that’s ok.

It’s one of those days where things are not just right. I played this on the computer and Simon came to snuggle with me (remember, Simon doesn’t snuggle π ). He knows.
May your gardens be rooting in eternal happiness!
Such a nice instrumental version of Pass it On. I couldn’t help singing along. That was a favorite when I was in church youth group in the 70’s too. Brought back a lot of memories.
Glad you liked it. It stays with you. I miss those times-maybe the innocence is what I miss but music has a way of capturing the feelings/emotions of the time. I hope your memories are good ones! π
A beautiful song whose lyrics sings with all heart what we can’t speak in words. We all have days when we feel crushed and it takes time to heal and recover. But things are better when we share it with someone who understands as so well.
π Yes, this is so true. I lose my focus at times–a lot of times and I know better. These ruts are a little deep–I keep bogging down. Thanks for the comment and inspiration. I needed it. π Wishing you the best…
Not sure I’ve heard that song. π
This one has lyrics. http://youtu.be/tadZ8nCLBsI
No definitely haven’t heard this one. It’s nice to have songs that can bring memories back.
Yes, it is. What would we do without our memories? I told you…dinosaurs… π
